At Calily Bridal, we want you to feel confident in your choice for your special day. If your garment is not the perfect fit, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free of makeup, perfume, or alterations.

• 3.
  Ship to Calily

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item for pristine condition, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
